Using Jomppa
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.
Clients use Jomppa to book services for themselves or recipients in Nigeria. Agents use Jomppa to find, accept, and complete assigned tasks.
Bookings, pricing, and escrow
Quoted prices may include service costs, agent fees, platform fees, payment processing, taxes where applicable, and other approved charges. Amounts are handled in Nigerian naira or the displayed local currency equivalent.
Payments may be held in escrow until the service is completed, proof is submitted where required, and the client or platform approves release under the applicable workflow.
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order status, agent assignment, work already performed, and any third-party costs already incurred.
If a client, recipient, or agent raises a dispute, Jomppa may review messages, proofs, receipts, delivery updates, and account history to decide the next step.
Agent responsibilities
Agents must provide truthful KYC information, follow service instructions, communicate clearly, protect customer property, and submit accurate completion proof.
Jomppa may suspend or remove agent access for fraud, unsafe conduct, repeated failed tasks, false proof, policy violations, or legal compliance concerns.
Prohibited use
You may not use Jomppa for illegal items, fraud, harassment, unsafe errands, abusive communication, payment circumvention, impersonation, or attempts to bypass platform protections.
